How effective are helmets when a motorcylce accident occurs? I am
doing a persuasive speech in my Business Communications class in
college and i am persuading the group that the current helmet law in

Dear Jeremy,

As long as the helmet passes the standard quality of your country and the
motorist wears them properly and not speeding more then that stipulated by law,
i think it is very effective in preventing severe brain damage and death.
