hi my name is nazia actually just wanted some advice because i have had constipation 4 the past 12-13 months i have been to the doctor so many times he has given me lactulose, laxatives, fibre drink and another drink (sachets) nothing has worked. now i be so constipated that my stomac goes really hard and i go to the toilet after 3 whole days, i have i had enough and would like ur help
