if you have blood and clots comeing from where you urineate would it be
a uti or passing kidney stones???????????????????????

Blood and clots in the urine is a very significant problem.It can well be either
a UTI or a kidney stones or even a tumour in any part of the kidney,bladder or
any part of the tubes along the system.
Your need to see a Urologist urgently.
