I have a problem.
I used to do masturbation in my teen-age but when I found that it is
ill-legal then I stopped. At this point I must mention that none of my
parents told me about sex or things related to sex. Anyway the problem
is that I am married now.

Now I know about sex.

Here comes the problem as well.
The problem is that whenever I do sex with my wife I ejaculate within
2 to 3 minutes and I can not able to satisfy my wife.
I start dripping/leaking even before sex.

What should I do now?
Is there any herbal solution for this?
I can eat fruits and vegitables but I do not know the specific ones or
quantity.

This is called Premature Ejaculation.Usually its due to "psychological"
problem.Sometimes very difficult to distinguish from Erectile dysfunction.You
can find so much material from the internet but if you need a personal
professional consultation,you would better see a Urologist or an Andrologist.
