hi doctor. just have a question about leukoplakia and oral cancer. i
have just recently gotten a sore near my top teath where my gum meets
the tissue of my lip. i quit dippin a few weeks ago and i am wondering
what the risk of cancer is. the sore is not in the spot where i held
the tobacco and i was wondering what the likelyhood of it being
leukoplakia or cancerous is? today is the third day it has been there
and it gets a little less bothersome each day it seems. thanks, cody

Leucoplakia is a precursor of oral cancer.Any which way, I advise you to consult
your Dental Surgeon or ENT Surgeon or a General Surgeon for further assessment
of your mouth
