I am only 20, and i don't know wats going on with me.....I need help ok i don't
know what it is but its been happening for about several months now...And my
grandmother thinks it ACID REFLUX DISEASE...I am having problems sleeping,
breathing, and at times it feels like my food is coming back up, and at other
times my food doesn't go down{ot gets stuck}...And i have real bad chest pains
very often..And at night i wake up coughing really bad and it is hard for me to
go back to sleep...Ear, nose, and throat problems..WAT IS GOING ON!!!!!!!!!

your grandmother might be right.that really sounds like reflux.

you need to take a course of proton pump inhibitor from your doctor.if that
doesn't help then you need an endoscopy by a gastroenterologist/surgeon.
