I would like to know your thoughts on what would cause a sudden widened pulse
pressure. Baseline was 130/60's. Then one day 1st reading 188/62 P 50 (low). One
hour later BP 198/72 P 46. She is on metoprolol for her BP daily and it has been
fine until I checked it that day . Her only other Sx was extreme fatigue. I
advised her to call her Dr. immediately to report her Sx. What do you think? The
only thing I've found was increased ICP but she had no Sxs of that.
