Is a mucocele of the appendix cancerous? If so, what percentage are?

Mucocele of the appendix is basically the collection of fluid in the form of
mucus(slimy fluid) within the appnedix.Usually the active cells of the appendix
produce this excessive mucus. The active cells are usually cancerous. There are
cases where active cells are not cancerous.
