Respected sir,
I'm a 21yr old male. Between the age of 14 to 19 years i was actively
involved in sports, since past 2 years i have not been playing any
sport or any kind of exercise. I have recently joined a gym with close
friend of mine. After the 1st day of exercise i experienced some body
pain, people said that was normal, since i have undergone a activity
after long time muscles had been in action. After taking a 2 day
break, i continued the same exercise but light weights - 2.5kg and
less in count. On my way returning home i experienced discomfort in my
groin area, further observing i realized tht 1 of the sac had
contracted and had moved slightly above the other. The second sac is
relaxed as normal. What maybe the reason, is it due to the weights? or
was it a unsual incident? is it hernia? I'm not undergoin heavy weight
lifting just warm up light weights. Waiting for your reply eagerly.
Dear Member,
Problem in the groin and scrotal areas need direct physical examination by a Surgeon or Urologist.
I am not able to tell exactly the diagnosis without physically checking but one possibility here is what we call torsion of the testis which could occur recurrently. This is a potentially lethal problem.I advise you to consult your Surgeon or Urologist ASAP.
