hello i wonder if i could ask a question yesterday i had stomach pains
which came in waves i had diarrea aswell but in the everning it went
away so i assumed it wassomething i had eaten that didnt agree with me.
how ever this morning i woke up with awful stomach pains that were
awful no diarrhea but very very painfulto the point where im doubled
over with tears in my eyes and wonered what it is i do suffer with back
pain which is also round my sides and wondered if there was a link any
advise would be much appreciated thanks

Many possibilities.

Even food poisoning can be the cause of these.
The more serious possibility is Acute Pancreatitis(inflammation of the
pancreas).In order to confirm this your doctor need to do a blood test(Amylase)
and an ultrasound.
You may need to present at an Emergency service of a hospital.
