I am 22, male.
I am a perfectly normal person but this problem starts when I
hear ....i cant even write about this problem.....my head seems to buzz
and my hands and feet becomes sweety, there is some pain just below the
ribs exactly at the center....I m afraid of heights n fast revolving
objects....any distinct sound coming continously drives me crazy.

You will need a thorough physical examination by an Internist.If no physical
illness is detected then you will need to consult a Psychiatrist.
