Cool compresses made with Marjoram oil can help relieve headaches.
Add two drops of oil to a large bowl of cool water and mix it up well.
Dip a cotton cloth in the mixture, wring it out and apply it to your
forehead.
Place another cool compress on the back of your neck to enhance the
effect.
Caution
Since marjoram oil may stimulate contractions and promote blood flow,
it should never be used during pregnancy. Also, the oil can
sometimes dull the senses, so it should be used only for short
periods of time. Always dilute the oil well before applying it to
the skin, since it may cause irritation in susceptible individuals.
