Hi. I am very new too and am getting injections in my back. They don't help much. From what my doctor told me there isn't really a cure, just pain management. I'm also on serious pain medication which does help some. Physical therapy too, which makes it hurt worse. It's not much fun. I don't quite understand what it is, my doctor told me it's the nerves in my spine become a bunched up tangled up mess. As far as getting better or worse it can do whatever it wants. My main problems is I'll be going along fairly well during the day and then I'll start getting feelings like shocks in my lower back and legs. They hurt like you know what....if I do too much, which usually isn't much, they start happening more and more. I did some searching on the internet and did find some information.
