Anyone that has the 18ml pump that uses Dilaudid and Bupivacainein in it for pain distributing would you please contact me to compare the pump, side effects,  and long term uses. I have had mine implanted for over 2 year now. I am looking for occurrence of items that seem to happen a couple of weeks before it is time to have the pump refilled. I would also like to know the amount of medication you  have delivered into your system. Are you set up on complexes? How much of a bolus does your doctor give you to adjust pain levels? I am presently set at 4.00mg/day, or 0.167mg/hour and take Oxycodone , 6 pills per day 10mg. I wake up every hour from leg cramps and pain, I am on a BPAP breathing machine, sleep apnea of 496.
