Make sure you have met the "listing" on social
security. If you have an attorney, make sure he points
out that you meet the listing requirements to get ssd.
We spent a year with a attorney who never listened to
what we were saying. After 10 months in a meeting
after being turned down 2 times, I said something in
passing regarding my husbands arach. and the attorney
looked at me like he had never heard this. It was like
a light bulb went on. Well, arach mets the listing
requirements. That was his brillant answer. So, my
husband went in front of the judge for about 10 min.
We had the approval letter in our hands within 3 weeks
and $ within 1 month. You have to be agressive and
stay on top of everything.
My husband also had the melyograms in the early 90's
and I have no doubt that is what has caused the
problems. It is a nightmare and effects everything
about your life.
