Hello to All,
To the young mother who just had a baby. First off congratulations on having your precious baby. I completely sympathize with you of your pain and suffering, but you will and do want to carry on even with all your pain and suffeing especially now that your a mother. I have lived with chronic pain for more than 25 yrs. now from a whiplash injury that resulted in serious C spine damage and I have 2 handsome precious sons. Having them was quite painful, but worth it! I was raised in a family who minimized my pain all these years telling me it was mostly in my head! Well even with all my pain suffering after I became a single mother I still took up working very physical jobs. Factory labor, nurses assisting which I would have made a heck of a nurse and finally caring for and assisting with multidisabled adults and teens. Well since 2004 I have been diagnosed with neuro birth defects Chiari
Malformation of the Brain, Syringomyelia of the Thorasic Spinal Cord, Tethered Cord Syndrome, Herniated, Protruding, Bulging C, T, and L Discs, Lumbariztion of Sacral One Vertebra a defect or serious injury, permanent C cord damage from prolonged compression of the cord do to prolonged herniations and spondylosis and Fibromyalgia. Too Long Of A List Most would agree! Worst of All though is the Fact that since a Depo Medrol Lidocaine Epidural Steroid Injection of 2004, I have developed Distinct Symptoms of Chronic Diffuse Adhesive Arachnoiditis!!! This continues to not show up on any MRI scanning!! Anyway I have gone off into my Life Story Again!!! I'd like to know you have only had these epidurals for helping to ease pain during your birthing of your baby correct, but I have read that they can cause Arach especially when done improperly!!! This does not mean you have developed it though I am not a dr. of
course, but it could be that the epidurals have caused some damage that will heal in time hopefully. My mother and 2 sisters have had them during childbirth. They all of course with aging do have some pain from degeneration and where and tear of the spine. Anyway I will hope and pray for you that you Do Not have Arach and that the Dr.s will be able to clear you of it!!! No matter how bad your pain gets you can learn to adapt to it and hopefully you will find good Dr.s who will help you better cope and manage it especially now that you have your little one who is depending on you.
