Hi Jenni,
What's happening in your body when you think you can't breath anymore?
Is it a feeling in your throat, your chest?
Describe that feeling as clearly as you can, take notice of how your
body is feeling, then use that as an opening statement and tap on it,
right down to zero.
That will help.
Have you signed up for my free anxiety course? There are a lot of
techniques in there that will help you relax and give you strength
and focus. You'll find the sign up form on my site http://
nicolaquinn.com
Let me know how that goes and good to have you here.
:)
