hi everyone,
I've been meaning to post this for a while and now I have the time.
My major stress is now over as I've just taken (and passed !)my final
exam.
So I considered what I'd done to help me get through, and it comes
down to this:
Controlling anxiety
1. EFT, of course. Used to clear "big stuff" from the past and also
for day-to-day management.
2. Running. Cardiovascular exercise is great for burning up those
stress chemicals that were designed to help you run (or fight).
3. Hypnotherapy/relaxation cd's.
4. Rifing. After Raymond Rife, the father of frequency therapy.
There's lots of resources on the net that show you how to convert
your pc to a Rife machine (I did it for less than £30). 15 hz is the
kiddie for reducing stress.
5. Homeopathic "AAA", great for 1-off occasions to keep you chilled.
6. Stretching. If you like to store stress in your muscles, this is
the way to liberate it.
Well that's it, I didn't rely on just 1 approach (I was probably
anxious) and I really can't say which was most effective.
Hope somebody finds something useful in there.
