Hi Duncan,
Ive eliminated 90% of refined sugar in my diet, mainly snacking on
chocolate and what a difference it makes to my moods, energy, and anxiety.
We've just seen Jamie Olivers dinners here, it was brill. Good on him for
trying to alter kids diets in the UK, where everything is served up with chips.
