Hi Kelly

I like your dietary advice and in my experience Sugar is a real problem both
emotional and physically. I know a number of highly esteemed docs who are
saying eating too much sugar is causing both physical and psychological
problems.

They have done some fascinating documentaries over here in the UK where they
have reduced sugar and additive intake in childrens diets with behavioural
difficulties with just stunning results. However, we have the same problem
as you in the US with so called experts prescribing drugs like Ritalin as if
they were sweeties. Ho Hum.

I would agree with Kelly about Michelle that as long as you have some coping
startegies to deal with anxiety avoid the meds if you can. I have had some
very difficult times as a result of medication and i only REALLY beat
anxiety and depression once i was off medication. Medciation dumbed me down
a bit but never really helped. What it did do, however, was stop me
addressing the anxiety in a planned and effective way. That info i sent you
