Hi Michelle, sometimes people don't realize, esp in
America, how certain foods increase anxiety by
creating chemical imbalances and causing inflammation.
I think you need to start avoiding wheat and sugar
first. I know you will feel calmer.

In tribal communities where they have no cancer,
lupus, heart disease, etc. when America starts to
bring in wheat and corn, the people start to get these
diseases. I'm sure certain mental illnesses are
included in these illnesses. Try raw and steamed
veggies, chicken, and fish, and free range eggs.

B vitamins and calcium, (and magnesium and vitamin D
to absorb the calcium) are necessary to keep anxiety
at bay. Do all you can to get to the
therapists/psychiatrist's office, but remember, there
is most likely a natural way using the right foods and
cognitive behavioral training to eliminate your
anxiety permanently. The psychiatrist will try to put
you on medicines which only mask the true problem and
don't solve anything. Take care, Kelly
