Hi Terri,
I think everyone's partners and family tends to suffer, I know mine did
terribly when I was at my worst with the accompanying fear that they
will finally have enough and take off.
I still get very snappy and unreasonable when I get a bit anxious, a
throwback I too readily flip into.
The best thing you can do at this point is grab a copy of the EFT
protocol, if you are unfamiliar with it (there's a copy in the files
section of this group) and really start to deal with your anxiety.
Give it a go, it really does work, and if you have any questions come
