Thank you very much for your tips - and thank you so much for your book!!! There
are so many great ideas in it, and so many suggestions for tapping! And I like
your words. "When you know EFT works for you there is no need to be worried
about still having fear...". That's so true! And I have to remind myself of that
more often:-)! It's great that you wrote in your article about panic (before we
could buy your e-book) that you actually welcomed new experiences of fear!! I
think that's a wonderful way of thinking, and I hope, I can adopt it some day,
permanently!

That's excellent!
For a long time I thought if I didn't practice every day I would lose
ground but soon learnt that what I had achieved could not be taken away
from me and started to relax more and not be so frantic about moving
forward.
Someone wrote to me the other day saying they had tried EFT and it had
helped a little but they were a bit disappointed it hadn't helped more
and I mailed back saying if it helps even a little it means it works
for you so all you have to do is be persistent to which she replied
next day she had been out twice with her husband for the first time for
ages and was feeling more optimistic than she had done in 10 years.
When you know EFT works for you there is no need to be worried about
still having fear. I still have plenty but am not scared of it anymore
and plan to carry on having as many experiences as possible where I
need to tap beforehand.
