Re: [Anxiety-Help-With-Nicola] Holiday Traumas and EFT

Hi Kate,

Still having trouble receiving my mail for some reason so everything is
still very slow or maybe it's just me still in holiday freefall, who
can tell.

But, anyway, it's a prisonable offence for Americans to visit Cuba but
there were some there who had arrived via Canada and thought it
definitely worth the trouble.

It's a wonderful country and the people are so proud and happy though
still struggling but on the whole glad to be free of being America's
brothel.

The designated areas of tropical beaches and resorts could have been
anywhere of course but Havana was truly remarkable, a most wondrous and
magical place, I shall treasure my memories of it.

Well worth a visit and you do seem to get a more discerning tourist
there or that could just be me being a travel snob, tap tap tap...

Love,

Nicola

Wow Nicola, thats such a great journey. And you look so cool
in your photos. I thought Cuba was a restricted place to get
into? Or is that only for Americans?

Kate
