thanks for asking, I'm doing ok thanks to EFT and your advice to tap
before and after each event (even if I think I don't need it).
I'm on the final year of my course and everyone's starting to get
rattled now with exams starting in a month. The EFT is keeping me in
there and it may be that everyone else's anxiety levels are coming up
to meet mine, or I'm coming down to theirs or a bit of both.
Is this the right list to talk about reality creation? Probably not,
but it is anxiety related. From what I understand, you create your
own reality, good or bad. So the less stressed/anxious you are the
nicer(?) the reality you create. So I've done lots of tapping over
the last 8 months and I know I'm less stressed (but still with a way
to go).Now being Welsh I strongly identify with the national (rugby)
team and, guess what,in my reality they won against England yesterday
at Cardiff for the first time in 12 years. Yeeha!I take full
responsibility for the win but also for the dreadful period they've
suffered since the mid-eighties (sorry guys). Just a bit more tapping
and the next world cup is ours!!
