I created this group so that there is a place to share and support one another in the day to day commitment we each have in managing diabetes and preserving our health. Diabetes has been part of my life for the last 14 years but it is only recently I have decided to face what for so long I have denied and tried to make not such a large part of my daily life. I have realized that diabetes is with me to stay until the day we all hope for when someone somewhere somehow brings forward a cure. A day when profit means less than setting us each free from Diabetes. I pray we will see this day.

I have recently came to terms with starting pump therapy and after much consideration chose the Animas2020. I hope to speak with others who also may be new to pumping and chose the Animas. I hope we can support and learn from one another in this journey. I thank you for being part of the commitment and dedication to preserving our health, I know there must be goodness and meaning underneath and around all the peaks and valleys of Diabetes. Together I hope we can find a higher meaning and a better way...
