OVER 380 HAVE JOINED OUR "FAMILY" IN TEN MONTHS. This group is for patients, caregivers, friends, family and those who have lost someone to this rare disease amyloidosis.

If you do not wish e-mails, sign up for once a day digest or no mail. You can still post, and go directly to the site and read the current posts. We have heard from some that they feel some posts are too long and we will attempt to edit when necessary without compromising the intent of the post.

There are also polls and we encourage you to vote and give input on polls that you would like to see. E-mail the moderators with questions.

Please feel free to share common problems, challenges, treatments, frustrations and fears; as well as successes and laughs as well as tears.

There have also been formed other groups for those with lost loved ones; but all are welcome on this list too, as everyone has much to give and receive. Please inquire about the other lists.

We do announce meetings and fundraisers when asked.
