John "Jack" Cunningham corruption/cover-up charges against former Supreme Court Attorney Robert Correale.

Some politicians are trying to resolve the corruption, while others are still covering it up...    Sadly, this split may be based on Political Party Lines.
The Chairman of the State's Senate Judiciary Committee - Senator Paul Sarlo (Democrat) is claiming ignorance.  This is in spite of him receiving hundreds of emails and an untold number of phone calls over the past two weeks.  Governor Jon Corzine (Democrat) has been playing the ignorance game for years now.   Is Democrat Senator Sarlo protecting Gov. Corzine's administration?

State Senator Steven Oroho (Republican) is at the center of getting these charges investigated.

Please call NJ State Senator  Paul Sarlo - 201 804-8118 and tell him that it is time that John "Jack" Cunningham corruption/cover-up charges against former Supreme Court Attorney Robert Correale are investigated.

------

The point is that the staff of the senator ( Paul Sarlo ) seems to be claiming ignorance of the case and not acknowledging that they are receiving any calls.  I do not know whether other people are phoning the senator, but I can guarantee that he received at least one other call, mine.

Jack....
Contacted this guys office (Senator Paul Sarlo)  -they gave me the run around!  They are pretending to be unable to hear, having a bad connection, not "being able to follow what you're talking about"etc.  I mentioned your name and Sen. Oroho's and the guy seemed to get deafer, dumber, and stupider as the conversation went on!  the actions-or non actions-of this particular senator's office-need to be seriously addressed!
Respectfully,
Melanie Plunkett Connelly

Senator Paul Sarlo's office is not admitting to receiving any phone calls on this concern.   Please help his staff change their minds.  His phone number is below.

My state senator Steven Oroho is looking for support in getting this completed. He has a couple of bills before the New Jersey Assembly and senate, where New Jersey PTSD veterans (of all ages) will never have to go through this again.    (Links below)   This cover-up goes all the way up to the governor's office, the state's attorney general's office and both the state Supreme  and Superior Court Systems.
Although the State of New Jersey has been denying a PTSD disabled veteran his due process against a corrupt law firm for 8 years, the federal government (Department of Justice) refuses to help him, saying it is between the honorable veteran and his state government.  (At one meeting in Newark, two federal FBI agents accused the PTSD vet of typing up official New Jersey Supreme Court documents that he was using as evidence.  [After the veteran stopped laughing.  He didn't know what else he could do...]  He asked the two FBI agents, after he went away to federal prison for a year for lying to federal agents, how long would the State of NJ send him to state prison for filing false state documents.  The FBI agents did not answer the veteran, but they still refused to review the documents in detail.  The almost two hour meeting was a complete waste of time for the veteran and his wife. )

For me, this has been going on for over 8 years and I'm tired of it. I'm a PTSD vet trying to end this once and for all. If you can call and get other people to make phone calls to these below listed state senators, it would be great. These state senators are not answering their emails.  The governor and the attorney general play dumb and do not return certified mail, emails and phone calls.

Anything anyone can do, I'd appreciate.   Political Corruption, greed and narcissism is at the root of America's problems.  Please help support this PTSD disabled veteran and his state senator bring back their state to its people.

This is from a Viet Vet and a friend ... Jack Cunningham.

... I HATE it when fancy suited bullies take advantage of the little guy to line their own pockets and think they can disregard all Right and Wrong and common decency because they are - 'big shots'.

Especially so when that 'little guy' gave his youth, life and blood carrying the flag of this country in which those 'big shots' prosper.

I'm still waiting for a Status Update...    In last week's email writing campaign, no one received a direct response.   (Just form letters were sent out by the senators.)

Could you please have your family and friends (As many as possible, on and off the internet) ) call two New Jersey Senate Judiciary Committee members (Sen. Paul Sarlo - 201-804- 8118 & Sen. John Girgenti 973-427-1229).
Please have your family and friends ask the senators (staff), why disabled veteran Jack Cunningham has NOT received his due process from NJ Supreme and Superior Courts against former Supreme Court Attorney Robert Correale.
Ask everyone to please ask the senators (staff) for an investigation into my charges.

As many calls that can go into them, the better...
          Thank You

Dear Senator's,

Occasionally in life, we have an opportunity to help one of our own and do the right thing.  United States Marine, Jack Cunningham, has been abused by the legal system for more than eight years now.  At this point, it is my understanding that his case has come to your attention.  On behalf of all Marines past, present and future, please give him his "day in court."  We, as Marines, take this matter seriously and are watching, waiting and supporting our brother.

Thanks in advance.

Please do all in your power to assist Mr. Jack Cunningham in his long effort to expose corruption in New Jersey state government.

I have known Jack for a number of years, and I have total faith in his assessment of what may be termed "corruption."

Thank you very much.

Senators,

I sincerely request that long overdue attention be paid to Jack Cunningham and his long-standing battle with state corruption. I have known Jack for years, know well of the difficulties he's encountered with stone-walling and failure to respond to his many letters and inquiries.

While this has been going on Jack's list of supporters has been growing, as has knowledge and public awareness of the inexcusable problem. It's probably safe to say that stone-walling will not work indefinitely and the day will come when this entire issue erupts in one very smelly, widely reported, public scandal.

I sincerely hope and request you will do what is right and be on record as supporting the cause of justice. In the meantime, Jack's supporter will grow in number. He will not quit. Neither will we.

Sincerely,

Bill Laurie

Dear Gentlemen of the NJ State Senate:

I am requesting your assistance to please help Jack Cunningham in his fight to gain justice and get the treatment he deserves.
Jack, A Vietnam Vet, originally grew up in my hometown of Rosedale NY. He has been of great assistance in helping us promote(at no cost to us) the Rosedale Vietnam Monument over the years. His dedication and unselfishness are outstanding. I respect him and his service to OUR country and I believe he deserves justice. Please see what you can do to help him in this endeavor.

We all owe our veterans the rights that they have fought for and helped to protect!

Subject: Attorney Ethics

Honorable Senators of the Judiciary Committee:

Please use your good offices to expose the corruption within the State of New Jersey by lawyers not interested in keeping true to the ethics required in the trust placed in them.  Mr. Jack Cunningham, United States Marine Veteran has experienced, over the last eight years, a prime example of corruption in protecting a certain attorney and his law firm.

I have been following Jack’s story since the beginning and it still amazes me as to how the Attorney Ethics Committee, the Governor’s Office, State Supreme Court and others have not addressed this situation.  Hopefully, you will correct this eight year cover-up.

Thank you.

Michael Eckstein
