Although the State of New Jersey has been denying a PTSD disabled veteran his due process against a corrupt law firm for 8 years, the federal government (Department of Justice) refuses to help him, saying it is between the honorable veteran and his state government. (At one meeting in Newark, two federal FBI agents accused the PTSD vet of typing up official New Jersey Supreme Court documents that he was using as evidence. [After the veteran stopped laughing. He didn't know what else he could do...] He asked the two FBI agents, after he went away to federal prison for a year for lying to federal agents, how long would the State of NJ send him to state prison for filing false state documents. The FBI agents did not answer the veteran, but they still refused to review the documents in detail. The almost two hour meeting was a complete waste of time for the veteran and his wife. )
For me, this has been going on for over 8 years and I'm tired of it. I'm a PTSD vet trying to end this once and for all. If you can call and get other people to make phone calls to these below listed state senators, it would be great. These state senators are not answering their emails. The governor and the attorney general play dumb and do not return certified mail, emails and phone calls.
Anything anyone can do, I'd appreciate. Political Corruption, greed and narcissism is at the root of America's problems. Please help support this PTSD disabled veteran and his state senator bring back their state to its people.

... I HATE it when fancy suited bullies take advantage of the little guy to line their own pockets and think they can disregard all Right and Wrong and common decency because they are - 'big shots'.
Especially so when that 'little guy' gave his youth, life and blood carrying the flag of this country in which those 'big shots' prosper.

Occasionally in life, we have an opportunity to help one of our own and do the right thing. United States Marine, Jack Cunningham, has been abused by the legal system for more than eight years now. At this point, it is my understanding that his case has come to your attention. On behalf of all Marines past, present and future, please give him his "day in court." We, as Marines, take this matter seriously and are watching, waiting and supporting our brother.
Thanks in advance.

Semper Fidelis,
Major Ross L. Webster USMC (Ret)
Senators,
I sincerely request that long overdue attention be paid to Jack Cunningham and his long-standing battle with state corruption. I have known Jack for years, know well of the difficulties he's encountered with stone-walling and failure to respond to his many letters and inquiries.
While this has been going on Jack's list of supporters has been growing, as has knowledge and public awareness of the inexcusable problem. It's probably safe to say that stone-walling will not work indefinitely and the day will come when this entire issue erupts in one very smelly, widely reported, public scandal.
I sincerely hope and request you will do what is right and be on record as supporting the cause of justice. In the meantime, Jack's supporter will grow in number. He will not quit. Neither will we.
Sincerely,
Bill Laurie

I have been following Jack’s story since the beginning and it still amazes me as to how the Attorney Ethics Committee, the Governor’s Office, State Supreme Court and others have not addressed this situation. Hopefully, you will correct this eight year cover-up.
Thank you.
