Hi all

 

I have a 10.5 mos old baby and would like to suppl. with vit. D. My MD

prescribed vit. D with iron; but I'm not sure she needs the extra iron....

I guess my best bet would be just plain vit. D.

 

Has anyone heard of plain vit. D suppl. for babies? I wonder if they make liquid

vit. D for adults...

Would like your opinion...

Carlson makes a liquid D for both babies and adults.  A very good one.  Should

be available in any healthfood store.

They say to suppliment Iron because if she is BF only their iron reserves begin

to dwindle around this age.
