Hi everyone,

I'm sorry for the mass-mailing but it's simpler to do this in all of my
groups at once. As of Saturday morning when we went to the travel agent
and told him to make the actual bookings for us and to find us
accommodation in Florida, the USA/Canada trip is ON... cross your
fingers/toes/paws for him not to have any trouble making the bookings,
because we're leaving on Saturday 13th April and we won't be back until
about the 28th June.

Obviously I won't be trying to keep up my mailing list memberships and
swaps while I'm away because I won't have the time or money. I'm not
signing up for any more swaps or trades from now on, and before I go
I'll be switching all 22 lists to nomail for the duration.

Anyway, so that I can keep in touch with everyone, and keep a sort of
trip journal, I've started a new Yahoo mailing list - Kajikit's Letters
from America. I'll be posting my trip updates and reports to it as often
as I can manage to get access to a computer while I'm away, and anyone
who wants to receive them is welcome to join the list. That way I can
stay in touch when I don't have my own computer to use... it's a
newsletter list only, so you won't be drowned in idle chitchat - the
only person posting to it will be me.
