One Dish Oven Dinner

Serves 4
4 chicken breast halves without skin, bonless
3 potatoes, skin on or off cubed
1 package Frozen green beans, 12 oz pkg
1 can chicken broth
3 tablespoons lemon juice
salt,pepper, garlic
1 tablespoon cornstarch, mixed w/ water to make a slurry
place potatoes in the bottom of a baking dish. top w/ green
beans and sprinkle w/ salt/pepper garlic. Dot w/ butter if
you like. place chicken on top. season and pour in chicken
broth and lemon juice, Cover and Bake 350 for approx 1 hour.
Drain and reserve juice. Use the cornstarch slurry to make a
sauce. season to taste and pour over the chicken and vegies.
