Italian Chicken Packet

4 chicken breasts halfs, bonless, skinless
1 can sliced mushroom (4 oz) unsalted, juice reserved
1/2 small bell pepper, green juliened
1/2 small bell pepper, red Julliened
1/2 medium onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup Italian salad dressing, non creamy
2 chicken bouillon cubes, crushed
1 clove garlic, large, sliced paper thin
place two lg pieces of tin foil across each other making a
cross or x. Place Chicken in the center of the foil. Season
Chicken w/ salt, pepper.
Drain mushrooms reserving juices. Disolve bouillon in
mushroom juices. Add Dressing to Mushroom Juices. Add 1/2
the garlic.
Top chicken w/ mushrooms, onions, garlic, and pepper slices.
Pour the dressing mixture over the chicken and vegies. Seal
Foil. Bake 350 for a hour. THis dish bakes up fine in a
covered baking dish also.
NOTE: The Fat content look a bit High, but consider that its
from the Italian Dressing, thats in the pan Juices, Just
dont have any and its only 1g fat per serving
