2. Apple cider vinegar and garlic

Did you realize there is a lot of various remedies that you
can get from garlic and apple cider vinegar? For an allergy
itch you can bath in vinegar water. For an asthma attack
they say you can make an concentrated mixture in the following
porportions: one clove of garlic(minced) one tsp. vinegar and
one tablespoon of honey.Keep in the refrigirator and take
every 20 minutes until attack subsides. This should enhance
the medications you are taking not replace them.
Try the mixture 1tsp.apple cider vinegar 1 clove garlic finely
chopped 1 cup water and 1 tsp honey(from your state). This
mixture does many things including detoxifaction and for those
asthmatics who started smoking before you found out you had
asthma this should help kick the habit. There are suggestions
like this and many more in the book garlic and vinegar discover
their power. It is on sale at your favorite grocery store now.
They even go into which herbs work best for which elments.
