4.Exercise induced allergies
Here is a part of an article cut from my hometown
newspaper. Exercise induced allergies may need to
be taken in to consideration. Symptoms may include
hives, itching or skin redness. It can start
within a few minutes of exercising and could last
up to an hour or two after exercising. The allergy
is likely triggered by a rise in the body tempeture.
There are two common types of exercise induced allergic
reactions. Chrolinergic urticaria (hives) usually appear
on the neck, chest and arms. Exercise induced
Anaphylaxis can include fatigue, redness, severe itching,
and hives. Some cases involve throat swelling. some of
Using an antihistamine can control these cases
before exercising.

5.Ways to reduce household pet allergens.
This also was an article in my hometown newspaper.
Here are some tips to lower the allergens you are
exposed to in your home.
1.Wash hands after handling the pets.
2.Restrict your pets to certain rooms preferably not
the bedroom.
3. Use allergen resistant covers on your mattress and
pillows.
4.Wash the sheets weekly in water with a tempeture of
130 degrees.
5.Reduce the amount of carpet in your house.
6. Avoid dust and dander catching furnishings. ex:
cloth curtains or blinds. or at least wash them
frequently.
7. If you have pets who have a favorite place to
sleep on your furniture cover it with a removable
cover so it can be washed.
8. Use vacuums that are hepas or have at least
allergen bags in them.
9. Use air purification or hepa filters to eliminate
odors and reduce allergens.
10.Have a non-allergic person bathe the pets weekly.
11. Keep house well ventilated.
6. Apples,pears and lungs
Apples, Pears May Help Protect Lungs...Researchers
in the Netherlands have found that apples, pears
and other fruits rich in certain plant compounds may
help protect the lungs from chronic disease, Reuters
Health reported on July 26. They suspect the benefit
might come from catechins, one of a large group of
plant compounds called flavonoids that has already
been linked to a lower risk of heart disease and
certain cancers, according to the report. The study
appears in the July issue of the American Journal
of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine.
This is from the American lung association newsletter.
7.Multichemical sensativity
