Hi Cindy,
Thanks for pointing out the article on
emedicine.com. It is quite informative.
Your questionnaire is good. I feel it should be the
first step towards analyzing the causes of allergic
symptoms for anyone.
However what I am looking for is not the causes behind
allergic rhinitis or the basics of allergy. I have
already collected a hugh amount of information on
allergy.Right now I am looking for solutions and
cures.
I know most of the allergens which trouble me. Yet i
am helpless in fighting against them through
conventional medications.I am looking for alternate
medicines and methods to cure my problem.
One thing i have noticed is that, all the theories
which claim to be able to cure allergy have one thing
in common. They concentrate on building the body's
immune system. Increasing the resistance power of the
body against allergens.I want to know how do we
achieve it?Which food items enhance body's resistance
power?
bye,
ben
