Dr. Jack Newman will be speaking on December 7 @ 6:30 at the BP Energy
Center. His topic will be focused on the benefits of breastfeeding,
particularly past the early months. I heard a version of this talk in
July and it is NOT to be missed by those who understand the value of
breastfeeding and why it is normal for a toddler to breastfeed. It is
also very good for those who aren't yet convinced (such as first time
dads, new Grandmas, etc :-)).

It is an incredible opportunity to hear one of the most respected
breastfeeding experts in the world. Dr. Newman is the author of The
Ultimate Breastfeeding Book of Answers and is a very popular speaker at
La Leche League conferences and other breastfeeding conferences and
forums. And we get to hear him for free, courtesy of Alaska
Breastfeeding Coalition!
