From what I hear, South Beach allows Good carbs in their diet.. Atkins try to
eliminate as much Carbs as possible. Other than that, I don't know what else is
different.
I have actually done really well this summer. Today I had to go shopping for
new jeans as none of mine fit anymore :oD (Nice problem to have eh..) It's taken
over a year but I went from a size 20 pants to a size 12.
Anyone else dreading the winter as far as excercising and dieting goes?? It
seem a lot harder to stay motivated to stay on track in the winter. I've been
biking at least 2 days a week on the bike path near Chena lakes. I need to get
as much of that in as possible before the snow comes.
How will you be staying active this winter??? I use excercise videos and I have
a stationary bike so that will help in the winter. But I would like to do *some*
outdoor winter fun too.

What is the difference between atkins and south
beach? Do you know? I know I want to start Monday. So I need to go
shopping and cooking this weekend.
