My stationary bike is sitting in my diningroom. I can see it from
almost everywhere so it continually reminds me to get on it! As long
as I can peddle happily along reading some juicy movie magazine, I do
well. But when I've gone through the People magazine, as well as the
2 others then that's when I don't want to bicycle. I have to
though..... to avoid getting stiff, I have to keep moving.
