I've been trying to drop some pounds, and build some strength. I know what you
mean by slow going. I keep a goal in mind. Basically to keep up with Georganne
when we go back pakcing in August!! I've gotten obsessed with writing everything
down.. I plan our meals for the week and keep it on the fridge, This helps in
many ways.. helps with the grocery list, helps me to remember to get things out
of the freezer in time, helps me put some thought into the meals (In stead of
ordering pizza at the last minute cuz there is "Nothing to eat") I keep a
journal too, of what I've eaten and what excercise I've done and a bit about my
day (It's funny how, the kind of day you're having affects what you eat)
My biggest challenge is staying consistant. But I'm getting beter.. and I've
lost 4 lbs.. Every little bit helps!
