I like to make blueberry smoothies for Greg and I. I first put in ice
in my blender and shave it down to a fine powder; then I put in a
container of blueberries; about 1/2 contaner of light soy milk; about
2 small envelopes of splenda. It is delicious! low cal and super
good for you.
