Pam,

Could you use your milkshake maker to make smoothies?? A while back
I bought a big bag of frozen berries from Costco and started doing
smoothies w/the hand blender. Berries, low fat plain yougurt and
frozen oj. They were very good. I'm sure there were plenty of
calories. But no fat. I will admit that I did make one w/vanilla
ice cream and it was very, very good. But the plain smoothie was
very good at least.
