I had 2 good full weeks of being consistant with excercising. I use excercise
videos (TIme to bring out the fan.. OY!) and bike riding. We live close to the
Chena lakes bike trails which has been great! But right now I have a thing of
coffee icecream and an icecreamcake that is taunting me! Anyone want to come
over and help me finish them off so I don't eat it all myself!?!?! We can talk
about excercising to burn it off after...:o)
