Active Meditation classes are geared to people with busy lifestyles. This e-mail group is an easy way for you to stay in touch with your fellow students, correspond with the teachers, and to learn more about new classes and special events.
The Active Meditation program integrates Chi Gung, Tai Chi and meditation exercises into a proven, effective personal development program. You will develop inner balance, focus, and positive change in your life.
We offer several levels of classes on Saturday mornings and weekday evenings. We also offer half and full day seminars and retreats throughout the year.
Students who wish to pursue individual or group study at a more intensive level, may do so with permission of instructor.
