I'm not sure if this message will get through but I will try it anyway! If you
are feeling down that's ok because everyone feels down sometimes, even people
without MS, but it’s so much more prevalent for people with MS that they’ve even
done studies about why this happens to MS patients. One theory is that that
part of the brain could be being attacked by the MS. I went on anti-depressants
about 3 years ago for a couple of years. It helped a lot at the time. The good
thing is that Prozac actually gives people with MS more energy as well as
helping the depression, and that's what it did for me. I'm off them again now
so they were good at the time but I'm feeling good without them now.

Just something to think about.
