Loni is entitled to have angry and depressed times!
I'm a therapist and also have MS. It may help to write down your angry and
depressed thoughts or say them to someone you trust. Allow yourself to get them
out. Then you can look at the positives. A therapist would help you with this
too. I used to teach a process where you go through the basic feelings, anger,
sadness, fear and guilt saying or writing everything you feel angry, etc about.
AND it doesn't have to be reasonable. Then you can ask yourself if your
expectations are reasonable and positive. This is a short version of the
process, but it really works for me. It sounds like you know how to get the
support you need.
