Several years ago, I started having a, "fibrulating" heart. When it fibrulates,
it seems to flutter or beat really fast for short time and I tend to feel light
headed. I have learned to take a deep breath and hold it when this does happen.
I talked to our Dr. about it and he said it was an inherited trait and he didn't
have anything to help it. (I found out that it was a problem that my Mother
had.) I searched health books at the library and found a hint that seems to help
me with this problem. It was eating ground cinnamon, daily, with food. (At least
1/2 tsp. for me.) The other heart related problem that I have had, turned out to
be heart burn. It was painful. I needed to find the foods that caused it and
eliminate them from my diet. It also seems that I have developed IBS. My neuro
doesn't think that any of this is realted to the MS. I continue to think that it
still could be.
