Hello to everyone. I've got a couple of questions, here goes:
1) I tried to take Avonex a few years ago. Really gave me trouble with my
liver. My doctors thought I had Hepatitis, so no Interferon for me. In 2003, I
went on Copaxone. Over the first two years I had three reactions. Heart
palpitations, increased blood pressure etc. It felt like a heart attack. Well,
about two months ago I had two reactions again, within eight days of each other.
I stopped taking Copaxone. Does anyone know of any alternative therapys? I just
wrote an article for my newsletter on Tysabri, I don't want to go there.
2) I have drop foot, use a brace and a cane. I just found an advertisement for
Walkaide? It's a band that gives electrical impulses to a nerve to lift your
foot. Has anyone heard or tried this?
Thanks again,
Sherry
