I'm still hanging in there! My immunity has dropped and I had another small
outbreak of shingles in my left side. I have been lax in singing my "My immunity
is strong and healthy" song. I'm still doing 6/10 of a mile per day walking
(with the aid of my sit-down walker) if I get out of breath and need to sit
awhile.
