Hey there -
I’m writing to let you know that March 13-17, 2006 has been designated MS
Awareness Week. The National Multiple Sclerosis Society is working hard to get
the word out about this very important week, and we need your help!
Your group is a valuable resource to the MS community and we would love if you
would post information about MS Awareness Week.
On March 13 we launch the “Face of MS,” an interactive online exhibit collecting
and featuring the stories of people affected by MS. It will serve as a platform
for everyone allied in the fight against MS to tell their story, to hear from
others, and to give both the general public and those within the MS community a
better understanding of a disease that impacts each and every person in a
different way. It is only by putting a face on the disease will we begin to
understand what it means to live with MS.
Every story matters and every story counts. And with your help, we can start to
tell everyone’s story. Visit: http://www.faceofms.org

If you click on http://www.nationalmssociety.org/awarenessbuttons.asp you will
find a few buttons with embedded links to our sites. If you could please post
one (or more) of these to help promote MS Awareness Week and/or the Face of MS
it would be greatly appreciated. With your help spreading the word, I know that
through MS Awareness Week and the Face of MS we can reach millions of people and
raise awareness about this disease.
Thanks so much for your help!
Best,
Annie Hammel
